FormMule for Vocabulary

“Five lucky students have a clue taped underneath their chair right now…” is an opener that always added interest to class discussions when I taught 8th graders. Here’s how you can use that same strategy digitally. Use FormMule to quickly send different students in class an email, complete with a unique vocabulary word and definition.

Success Criteria Template for Google Slides + Pear Deck

When students are clear on what they are learning, and can identify where they are in relation to their learning goals, their rate of learning has potential to double. Here’s a template to post success criteria, with three levels of complexity. When used with Pear Deck Premium, students can drag an icon to show you where they feel they are in their learning.
